Was satisfied but not satisfied

I was satisfied with how quickly the order was delivered, not satisfied with the fact my order was wrong, I emailed you saying that you sent two shampoos instead of a shampoo and conditioner, you said you would send the conditioner but haven't. I will not be using your website again

Love the scent of this shampoo and how little you need to use of the product to get that lovely cleansed feel. Hair feels good after using this with the conditioner. Great value.

Worst shampoo ever!

Purchased as vegan, mostly natural, cruelty free and backed by a well known hairdresser. Used everyday shampoo and conditioner, within a couple of hours very itchy scalp and became so bad it was burning and I was scratching head so much I drew blood! Emailed company still not resolved, taking ages, no refund offer. Definitely not recommended, in fact avoid!

Game Changed.

Following a TikTok recommendation I picked up the All Day Everday Shampoo and honestly I’ve gone from a sceptic to a believer! I truly used to believe that there was no difference in hair care and it all pretty much did the same thing - well haven’t I been proved wrong! This Shampoo has made such a noticeable change to my hair. It stays cleaner for longer, it smells amazing, it’s soft, it’s textured, it’s everything you could ever want. Let’s just say, I will not be going back to my “any Shampoo will do” mindset. If you’re on the fence about buying it, trust me and just do it.
