Beautiful smell & long lasting

My parcel was delivered smashed by Royal mail. I am currently awaiting a full refund from the Post office. A review not possible.

This is Charles’ wife, Kate, writing. I rarely use hairspray but started recently as my fine hair had been getting a bit floppy. My husband heard about Arkive and bought me ‘The Veil’. Most hairspray hold is too firm for me and their perfume is too strong but I found Arkive’s ‘The Veil’ as light as was promised but, not only that, even if I went out when it was windy, my hairstyle seemed to bounce back afterwards. I could even run my fingers through my hair and it would re-settle as if just sprayed. This is all magic to me. I can’t imagine how the formula works but work it does. Also it has the lightest fragrance, totally non intrusive. Thank you Arkive, from a new very loyal customer.

I’m so glad I purchased this set- I wear it every day! The scents are amazing- multi - layered, evolving and sophisticated. I even combine them! I choose my scents based on whether I want to be grounded, uplifted or joyous. Sadly ‘No one Elsie’ isn’t my cup of tea- only because I’m not a tomato plant fan - but that’s ok - as I gifted it to my mom! Love the other 3 and will buy the set again ❤️

Good afternoon, I have ordered hundreds of items online and they have always worked until today. Now, the order with you is a disgrace. You are not in a position to sell products online. Rating 0 is worthless, it's been 2 months since my order and nothing has arrived

i use dry shampoo a lot and i had such high expectations for this products, especially given all the hype on social media. Never used a more misleading product! The hair is left looking more dirty and tangled than before you used the shampoo. This product does a worse job than Baptiste and costs almost 3 times that.

Absolutely love this product! My hair has never been this smooth!

Really pleased with my travel kit of hair care. Came in a cute zip up bag, with room for some other pieces of make up I needed to travel with .

I’ll admit that I momentarily regretted buying this tester selection - but that’s entirely my own fault. No One Elsie is too beautiful for any other scent to compare to it.

I’ve never worn any perfume or scent, but this Christmas I took the notion that I wanted to treat myself to a nice perfume. I tested every scent I could find in Jo Malone, even promising myself that I’d buy one if I liked it, despite being on a very tight university student budget. But nothing ever clicked.

Then, as a longtime user of the hair primer and blow dry spray, I had an epiphany when I saw an Arkive advert on Instagram.

I don’t aspire to use cheap body sprays or popular perfumes. But at the same time, I’m not able to splurge on a £100+ Diptyque perfume (and, even when I was going to defy my budget, none of them really spoke to me…) Now that I’m in my early twenties and aspiring to a bit more luxury and sophistication, (but am not yet chic enough to be dousing myself in Chanel No 5 everyday!), Arkive fills the gap in the market perfectly.

The scents smell classy, unique, and expensive. The bottles are (mostly) inoffensive (but more on that later!) At £30, they’re affordable yet they still feel luxurious. And none of my friends have even heard of the brand, let alone used the perfume.

Since scent is so personal, these are just my own observations - not criticisms:

No One Elsie – It’s beautifully classy, perfectly feminine while remaining unique and sophisticated. I've just ordered a 50ml bottle and now consider it my signature scent. I also love that my hair and skin will match (I’m a bit pedantic that way).

Decorated Woods – I also really liked this one. It’s more masculine and woody, and helped me realise that my tastes lean in that direction. Sometimes I layer No One Elsie and Decorated Woods—the combination is gorgeous. I might even treat myself to a big bottle of it next pay day!

The Floral Scents – These weren’t for me. They felt like quite stereotypical floral scents—overpowering and a bit like something my Granny might wear (to my untrained nose!) I’m using them up at work but wouldn’t repurchase. That said, if you love sweet, feminine, floral scents, they might be perfect for you. I’ve just realised I’m not a floral girl!

The (ONE) Con:
My only issue is with the bottle design. Personally, I’m not a fan of the smiley face on the top of the bottle lids. It feels out of place with the brand’s affordable luxury feel. The scents are so sophisticated and the rest of the products’ packaging so classy that the smiley face seems at odds with that. I know it’s a small detail - and maybe you’ll call me a Karen - but I’m a minimalist and as a result a bit of a perfectionist who curates EVERYTHING. The smiley face just doesn’t feel cohesive with the brand image to me. However, it’s not a big enough con to dissuade me from repurchasing.

In summary, this set has provided a brilliant introduction to scent for me. I think it’s an ideal gift/treat for someone searching for something a bit more elevated than a “So…” body spray, without the price tag of a luxury brand. I’ll definitely be repurchasing—my new 50ml bottle of No One Elsie that is currently on the way proves that!

my particular favourite from my order is the blow dry spray which not only does a great job on my hair but also smells incredible. I have had so many compliments.

Hi there, I was wondering if it provides heat protection? And if not do I add heat protection after applying this product? If it has heat protection its a 5 ⭐!

Not sure if everyday is the product for my hair. Need to use quite a lot to get a desired clean and feel

Feels a bit hard on my hair, doesnt leave it feeling soft or smooth. Smell reminds me a bit of tea

Same great product and love the new scent. Hope if becomes a regular option.

Not enough conditioning for my hair, so I added The Good Calmer afterwards and that has helped my permed hair which is too dry….

Prompt delivery. No issues. Stunning box, bottle, scent. I’m just in awe of this perfume and want to repurchase it over and over. Learned about the brand from Lisa Eldridge gifting guide and Im just so happy.

This is an excellent product for weaker hair. It also gives hair decent volume. Using this shampoo with additional supplements makes hair look healthy and shiny. The shampoo is really effective; small amounts would work like a charm.

I bought the discovery set, and for me, the standout fragrance is "No one Elsie" a lovely fresh rhubarb, tomato-y fragrance so reminiscent of greenhouses and gardens in the summer, which lasts.

I've been enjoying wearing it in January and February, and I think it will also be wonderful in the (hopefully) warmer months.

Really wanted to try a few products. Favourites are the conditioner and serum

The parcel came very quickly, and the packaging and presentation was lovely. But sadly, none of them were right for me at the moment.

Great product, especially for dark hair. Much better results than popular brands in Boots and more expensive from SpaceNK (I've tried a few!).

I absolutely love it. I was having a lot of problems with usual dry shampoos making my scalp dry and itchy, and leaving my hair feeling horrible. I LOVE the Arkive dry shampoo, it makes my hair look amazing, gets rid of my greasy hair, and my hair feels like I've got nothing in it. I wash my hair every other day and use it on the inbetween days. I'm not sure if it would work on super greasy hair but it works really well on my day 2 oily hair. I wish they would make it in travel size to take on the go!
