Does ARKIVE ship to my country?
We ship to the UK & some EU markets. We currently do not ship to Greece, Spain Sweden, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic, Croatia and Bulgaria. Some items (including our fragrances) are not be available for shipment outside of the UK. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We have either a 24-hour or 48-hour service for the UK. For the EU, please leave up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

How much are delivery charges?
UK orders (over £25) - Free Standard 48-hour Shipping, or £2.99 24-hour shipping (when purchased before midday Monday - Friday)

UK orders (under £25) £3.99 Standard shipping or £4.99 24-hour shipping (when purchased before midday Monday - Friday)

EU orders - £10 or Free shipping when you spend over £70.

If you are ordering outside the UK your order will be subject to local customs and import duties, so do familiarise yourself with your local charges prior to ordering as ARKIVE does not take responsibility for any extra duties incurred.

Do you have next day shipping?
Yes we have a UK 24-hour Royal Mail Service when purchased between Monday-Thursday before midday 

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day refund policy on all unopened and unused items. We know that you might need a bit more time over the holiday period, so we have extended this to 60 days for online orders placed between 7th November to 31st December 2024. 

If you have bought from a retailer, please return your product to them directly. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.

Do you do gift vouchers?
Unfortunately not.

Please check your ‘promotions’ folder if you have a gmail account and your junk folder. Otherwise, please email us on info@arkiveheadcare.com and we’ll send you a new one.

Do you have any discounts for my order?
Yes, when you sign up to our emails, you get 10% off your first order.

How do I use my discount code?
When you go to the cart, enter your code in the discounts/gift voucher box. On mobile you will need to click ‘view order summary’ to reveal the box.

What does Headcare mean?

Adam has always been open about his journey with mental health. His aim is to create a world that makes a positive difference to how people feel about themselves. We've coined this term Headcare. ARKIVE's vision for Headcare is to help you easily create moments of mind body reconnection within your daily routine. Our products bring style to your hair & care for your head.

Are your products vegan?
Yes

Where are ARKIVE products made?
Arkive products are made either in the PRC or the UK. Please check the individual product to confirm where it was made.

Is the ARKIVE packaging recyclable?
Most of our packaging is recyclable. Please clean out the bottles to ensure there is no product left inside and separate the bottles from the pumps. The pumps will need to be disposed of. The bottle and cap are fully recyclable, as are the tubes.

💡Did you know? Where possible, our packaging is also made from 40% post-consumer recycled plastic, to ensure we’re doing what we can for the environment.
