I ordered 3 products when they arrived one was travel size not full size as paid for and the other two products were not what I ordered, I emailed and had no reply I sent a few days later I sent a message on their Instagram account , no reply, I sent another email , no reply for days, I finally had a reply to say they were having problems with distribution and would send me the correct product, when they arrived again they had sent one incorrect product , I ordered conditioner and they sent shampoo, I emailed again, a reply to their previous email, and have been completely ignored now for 5 days, so disappointing, and shocking customer service.
